Yes. Since April 1st, 2023, the city of Leipzig has introduced an accommodation tax. This is 5% and will be added to the total amount. In principle, all persons who spend the night in accommodation facilities in Leipzig for a fee are subject to the lodging tax. Please use the public and free parking spaces in front of and near the house. As a rule, you will always find a free seat.
Yes, fresh towels and sheets are provided for you.
Yes, there is a filter coffee machine in every room. Coffee, filters, powdered milk and sugar are also provided free of charge.
The kitchen consists of an induction cooker, fridge with freezer function, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Sufficient glasses, crockery and cutlery are also available. Pots and pans are also included. In addition to simple ingredients such as salt, pepper and sugar, powdered milk and coffee are also provided. In the Elisa apartment (95m²) there is also a dishwasher.
Only the Elisa apartments and the 3-Bed-Apartment have their own washing machine (with drying rack). All other apartments (Studio-, Standard-, Comfort-, Superior-apartments) unfortunately do not have a washing machine.
Unfortunately, no. The apartments are not barrier-free. There is also no elevator.
No, every apartment has a kitchen. There are also several bakeries in the immediate vicinity.
Yes, the nearest stop is only 3 minutes walk away. From there it is only 4 stations to the main train station. Other destinations are also easy to reach from here.
Only the comfort and superior apartments have their own sauna and are included in the price. You can find the instructions in the room or in the digital guest folder.
Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. Please put all keys you have received in the check-out mailbox on the ground floor. Before that, make sure you haven't left anything in the room.
Yes, please contact our property if you will be arriving later than 7pm. Usually you will receive an SMS code for our key box.
Unless paid in advance, payment is always made at the reception on the day of arrival. You are welcome to pay in cash or by card. A VAT receipt or invoice. you will of course also receive.
Yes, it can be put in the room for free. Please inquire beforehand.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. In case of violation, a penalty of 150€ will be charged. You are welcome to use the garden to smoke.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After that, you will be charged 100% of the total price.
Pets can stay with us for a fee of €15 per stay.
No, parties or (bachelor) parties are absolutely forbidden. School groups that go on a class trip are also no longer accepted due to bad experiences.
No, in summer there is at least one fan in each room.
Yes, there is a TV in each apartment. With the exception of the studio and standard apartment categories, all rooms have a modern WiFi-enabled smart TV.
